Packages Never arrive though Notifications received state “Delivered”
2x this week I placed online orders & both companies apparently use Narvar for shipping. In both cases notifications received stating packages Delivered in neither case were the packages delivered as notified.
In the 1st order from *** Sporting Goods, item delivered 2 days after Narvar notification of delivery stated.
2 nd case is from CHEWY item has not been delivered. Chewy youre a fantastic company & reliable do us & yourself a favor & get rid of NAVAR
THEY SUCK

Stolen package
my package was stolen and i truly believe the driver took a pic n took my package too now i can’t get in contact with them for a refund
The driver didnt knock on my door nor put the package inside my screen, Ive been at this address for a couple years and never had to deal with stolen packages im going to assume its stolen because the driver snapped a pic and as you can see they just did a poor job or the driver might of been the one to take the package.
ive never had this issue before now ive had some put on the wrong porch but ive always been able to recover my packages this time is different. And now i feel like im getting the run around about my refund can someone contact me at 513348****

ITS SO SAD THAT I HAVE TO KEEP WRITING COMPLAINTS, THIS IS THE 3rd TIME IVE HAD TO REWRITE MY PROBLEM!!!
I ordered some shoes, that it was JD Sports, shoes were supposed to arrive by December 26!! I have yet to receive them!! The carrier told me to contact you guys, it has been in transit since December 22!

Kohls in Linden New Jersey does not have a Narvar Return station. Can someone please respond to me and fix this problem. If you do not have Narvat returns At this location, please remove it from the site.

Narva lied. They said that me, the receiver, was unavailable even though I stayed home all day, expecting the shipment, and nobody, nobody ever knocked on my door. Liars.

Wrong address on delivery
1st delivery went a thousand miles away. 2nd delivery said it was delivered to correct address, but somehow never ended up on my porch.

I'd like to set the record straight that ANY review left here about undeliverable packages or poor experiences with an individual retailer or shipper is NOT the fault of this company Narvar. Narvar is a software services provider, providing end consumers with a front-end tracking and returns experience.
Delayed packages and undelivered orders experienced by consumers are NOT the fault of Narvar.
User's recommendation: If you have an issue with shipping or delivery, it is NOT the fault of Narvar.
