Very poor and am disappointed in a designer company to have had no response....take your money but no customer service....

My Son bought me a bottle of ' For Her' perfume for christmas last year and I have recently opened it to start using...however the spray has never worked properly and after trying the spray off my old bottle it made no difference.

Have tried to remove top around spray to decant into a new empty bottle, but cannot get it off.

I am now left with a bottle of beautiful perfume that cannot be used - quite disapponted and frustrated customer...

Preferred solution: Replacement bottle

User's recommendation: Check the spray works well before using, although mine was a gift and kept for few mobths before opening, by which time my Son longer had receipt and could nt remember where he bought it from.

Hello, I was so excited to see your limited products on Zara. I luv your clothing but could never afford your your designs due to not working due to a disability.

I wanted you to know that I purchased your black jumpsuit on Zara. Unfortunately due to a serious case of Covid Illness I was unable to try on your items until after the 30 days. I had been staying out of state with family due to the serious nature of my illness when my items arrived at home. I wanted you to know that I was unable to try on your the Jumpsuit because the zipper is broken.

I paid almost $300 for my purchase and may not seem like a lot, however, I assure you for average working women it is a lot of $$$, let alone someone on disability. I at least wanted Mr Rodriguez to know that Zara is selling a defective item with his Name. I understand not returning the other items I bought but to have to keep a $ 300 Rodriguez jumpsuit that no one can even try on & still has tags is not only a bad business practice, it is predatory & also shows a major disregard for a quality product that the average women can afford.

I would not recommend partnering with Zara again. Stick with your original designs, which are wonderful, I can not afford them at this time, however, at least Average Women are not spending hard on $$$ on something they can never wear.
