I have contacted you guys twice about the glass on my fireplace shattering. I spoke to Matt and Maureen, and no one has gotten back to me regarding finding someone who can come out to fix it. I have children; this is a very dangerous situation, and this should not have happened.

Preferred solution: I’m looking for my glass to be fixed asap and to have to stop taking time out of my day to keep calling

I appreciate that but this is going on a week I have children and this is dangerous. You guys shouldn’t able to have someone come out here to start the process.

I know you’re in Canada but you sell your products in the United States.

Then I’m told if no one will come out I have to find a 3rd party. It’s just not right.
