Bad, unresponsive service staff

Had my VW recently serviced. The tech broke the glove box latch trying to replace the cabin filter (accessed from the firewall, not the glove box). Also broke the drivers seat adjustment cable. Said they would order the parts and repair at their cost. I called in 1 week, told that the parts were not in. I called in 3 weeks, talked to parts, told that the parts were in and she would call be back within 20 minutes. Waited a week, no call, so I called the service manager Travis. He said he would check and call me back. Waited 2 weeks, no call. But I did received the parts, no note, so I called again. Travis was "busy" in the shop but would call me back as soon as he returned to his office. Three weeks, and still no call. I will not be visiting this service facility again. *** Dean in St. Louis does a good job. I only switched because I had other business in Springfield. Should I call the General Manager? Probably not. he won't care either.
