Check engine light was on the cause was something that i thought was the result of a previous repair that cost approx 2700. Volkswagen service adviser said it was something else that cost me 866.47.
When i picked up the car the check engine light was still on.after assessing the cause now they say it is because of the previous work. Did the check engine light ever go off the never test drove the car.
This is the unethical and wrong. I can hardly believe a business will hire people of such character.
I guess you can expect this when you are money driven and not customer service first.
