Napeleten Mazda Schaumburg
- Oil change and tire rotation completed; engine cover leak required 2 days.
- Engine light came on 3 days after pickup; staff were unhelpful.
Not resolved!!!
I took my car in last week to Mazda Napoleon in Schaumburg for oil change and tire rotation and I had engine cover leak so I left my car in for 2 days to get it fixed. I picked up the car and drove hm and 3 days ltr Engine light went on so I called the Schaumburg Mazda repair service spoke to Sean and he wasn't so helpful so I asked for service manager.
He was so unprofessional and hung up the phone at me. Horrible experience don't go to this location. They fix one thing and break another.
I won't ever buy another Mazda ever again!!! Half a star!!!
Preferred solution: Fix the issue check engine light went on. Need to fix whatever the code say....
