Horrible service department experience
I made an appointment to have an oil leak checked on Monday, July 9th at 9am. When I dropped the car off at 7:30am I was told that they would not look at the car that day and it might be Wednesday before they could look at it. This was not to repair the leak just to find out what was causing the leak and then a repair appointment would be made after that. I went by on Wednesday afternoon because no one would return my calls and I was told that the car had not been checked and I was #35 on the list; maybe it would be checked by Friday. I had to rent a car the next day so I could get to work. Stopped by to get some things out of the car on Friday; car had still not been seen; up to #25 on the list. Called today (July 17th) and demanded to talk to a human. After several calls someone talked to me and told my I was getting to the top of the list and I told him that I would come by later in the afternoon and pick up the car. I returned my rental car ($262) and they still had not looked at my car. I got the key and drove away. The service person was all appolagies but said that she had no control of the system that was set up by management. They had my car for 6 1/2 works; disrupted my ability to get to work; cost my $262 for a rental and never looked at my car. They don't answer calls; always dumped to message service which no one responds too. They have some really nice messages while you are holding on the phone, tell you how important you are and how they care about treating you the way they want to be treated but that is all BS because I don't know anyone who wants to be treated this way.
