Horrible Customer Service and extremely rude manager and price of repair not discussed before making the repair.

My name is Barbara Bullie, I own a 2013 KIA Optima, Vin # 5XXGN4A74DG217283. I went to Napleton's River Oaks KIA in Calumet City, Ill, 60409 on Saturday, February 23rd to have my front passenger head light bulb replaced because it had gone out. This bulb had gone out several times before along with all of the other lights on my car (rear lights & front lights). I have always been told that there would be a "NO-CHARGE" to replace the bulb because I have purchased/replaced the same bulbs in the past. On this particular Saturday, after going in and explaining the issue, I was told that the reason that the bulb keeps going out is because whoever replaced it before put their fingers on it when fixing it and that's why it keeps going out. I assumed because KIA always replaces the bulbs that it would be a NO-CHARGE. When the car was ready, I was told that it would cost me $80. 88. I explained that this has always been a No-Charge in the past for me and the Manager, David Sobczak confronted me, in the lobby with other customers, SCREAMING at me that I'd have to pay this or that he would take out the "new bulb" and put back in the "bad bulb". He said that he could not verify that this bulb had been replaced at any other KIA shop because their computers cannot connect. He insisted that I pay this amount. I went ahead and paid the $80.88 because of the scene that he'd created but told him that I would be reporting this to KIA. In the past I've only paid $27.99 for a replaced light bulbs and then NO CHARGE if they were replaced before. I am a loyal customer of KIA for the last 6 years and and now looking to trade in my car for a 2019 KIA but after being treated in this negative way, over a LIGHT BULB, I feel like I should consider other options.
