Naples Nissan Owes Me Money

We are a big Nissan family and have loved every vehicle we have purchased in the past. Had a Maxima and drove it 262,000 miles till someone smashed into me, we now own a Pro-4X Titan, a Loaded AWD Juke and just purchased a Pro4X Xterra from Naples Nissan in Florida. I live in NJ and saw the Xterra advertised on cars.com. So, I bought the car sight unseen. I was made promises that did not happen. I searched the entire USA for a zero mileage Pro4X with a leather package as we have 3 dogs and need Leather. Even though this Xterra had 6,800 miles on it we decided to make the purchase. I was told the Xterra was mint, and fully loaded and had a complete Navada tow package with the ball mount, was told there were two extra sets of keys, was told the emergency kit was present, was told I would receive the vehicle with a full tank of gas, was told there were the all weather rubber floor mats. My vehicle was delivered without any of these things. The worst part is, it took a almost a month to get the vehicle and when it finally arrived there was no paperwork, no bill of sale, no bank statement for the financing, no temporary tag, no registration which means I have been paying insurance on a vehicle that I have but I still couldn't drive it because I didn't have the proper credentials. But the very worst was the fact it did not have leather seats. There was not enough gas to even make it to a gas station. The ball mount was missing, only one set of keys arrived. And, I still don't have any paperwork or my NJ tags yet. I want compensation for the things I paid for. When I try and call Naples Nissan my phone calls are never returned and even when I speak with the general manager there is never a resolution to any of these issues. My phone calls are completely ignored. They made false promises and say they will get back to me and never do. I am a very honest, very hard working and very forgiving person but this is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I have been treated worse than a second class citizen. I am beyond upset that I was lied to. Seriously....this is FRAUD. They charged me money for items I did not receive. We have decided to keep the car as Nissan no longer makes an Xterra and this has been our dream to own one. I paid THOUSANDS of dollars more for a car that was not even fully loaded and things were missing that I had made a deal on. Very upset especially after being a true believer in Nissan for many years.

Go to the Nissan Consumer Affairs website and file a complaint. I had a similar issue with the dealership refusing to cancel my warranty on a vehicle that was totalled and refusing to answer or return calls.

They even avoided the consumer affairs folks until some serious repercussions were laid out. They refunded the warranty within 2 days after being threatened by Nissan Corporate
