i requested to have a tire repaired by april 11, 2024 but the issue is that I had asked a person behind the desk 5 times about that. they said no we can just lump that together with the other repairs on tuesday, april 16.

I knew this was going to happen as it can go flat overnight, and because someone wasnt thinking we are now with a wrecked tire on the side of the road figuring out how to get where we need to go and what we are going to do for getting the vehicle back on the road. everything else with janzen is good, just this one issue that I feel needs attention paid to and I am not angry or upset just disappointed and would like someone to reach out to me for discussing the repair to just be a patch and not a new entire tire if needed to be a new tire.

Worst customer service, store manager doest comply with return policy

Bought a replacement battery for my car the battery was delivered to my house the battery was leaking acid tried to return the battery to the store the store manager was rude and disrespectful I called Napa Auto customer service number nobody ever contacted me back I called 3 times and still no matter has not been resolved I am beyond frustrated do not buy from Napa Auto Care in Westland Michigan they don't follow company policy and they sell defective parts and the customer service number does not provide any customer service

Oil Change Review

Took my vehicle to Napa auto pro on Dixie. Paid $700.00 + to have the oil pan changed.

Guess what? Oil is STILL LEAKING and they want to charge me ANOTHER $500.00to fix the SAME PART!!!!!!

oh, upon pickling up my vehicle, the "check engine " light showed up!!!!???

NOT COOL!!!!! TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF!
