Clearcoat damage

I purchased the cloth to remove small scratches on my 2017 Diamond Black VW GTI S. Unfortunately, I treated several small areas according to the directions at one time. There was no black paint transferred to the cloth. But upon cleaning and rewaxing the areas I saw that all had become frosted and dull; apparently the clearcoat layer had been removed and the car will now require a trip to a body shop in an attempt to correct what looks like an unsightly case of whitish measles. NOT HAPPY! I was just about to sell it but will now have to spend considerably more on it beforehand.

User's recommendation: Avoid this product. Too expensive to repair the damage it causes. Ordered from Facebook ad.

Refund of unuse products

Keep sending me text message and never mentioned anything about the refund.Finally had to call customer service and talk to Lynn and was told the refund check was processed and be sending it out within 7 to 10 business days.So future buyer,please read the review and customer feedback before you buy.Once you bought it and not happy God help you to get a refund.Amen

Cancel order

I asked for 2nd cloth and was charged for 2 in addition to the 1 I ordered. Also realized it was twice as much as I could have ordered from Amazon or gotten from Canadian Tire. Thx.

Quote one price and add more than you ask for and ran the price up.

The price for nano Magic Cloth was Buy 1 Get Free for $29.95. Plus shipping for $9.99 for Expedited Processing for which I didn.t ask for. They added other item for a total of $90.14 which I didn't want. I want to send all of this order back because it is not what I expected and it is misleading. The cloth is not what I expected.
