I put on plus’s and it not allowing me to Apply for jobs that is in the app

I paid for 10 plus and it shows I didn't, and I am not allowed to apply for a Nanny plus job. So, I would like someone to look into this matter.

I can not log in

Hi, my old phone's screen went out. When I log into my account, it's sending a code via text to my phone that I cannot access.

Can you please send me a link where I can update my phone number without logging in, so I can log in? Or send me a link to reset my password at 470-527-****.

I no longer have 937-586-****. Granny's Nannies.

Questions about payments from family

Good evening. My name is Kateria Scullark, and I have a profile as a sitter on the NannyLane's website.

I'm trying to find any kind of authority or anyone who could help me out with the family that I worked for this week and haven't received any payment from. I've contacted her all day, while she has said she would give it to me, but hasn't.

I have all of my evidence of the conversation from start to finish. I would just like my payment, so I'm hoping to find help soon!

Subscription canceled months ago & my credit card continues to be charged

The phone # is no longer in service !!! Website instructions about canceling, directing you to go to Billing & cancel are not active options.

These instructions do not work:

Log into your Nanny Lane account and follow these steps:

Go to "My Profile".

Click on "Update Settings".

Click on "Billings".

Select "Cancel Subscription".
