No one contacts me regarding a return!
- - Return label not emailed after 7 days.
- - Return unopened product for refund due to long wait times and no callback.
I was told I had to wait for a return label to be emailed to me. Its been 7 days that still hasn't happened.
I want to return this unopend, unused product that I no longer need. Nor would I ever order again from your company seeing how your customer service works. I have spent hours on hold. I have been told I would get a call back that I never get.
Your company sucks.
