I ordered my wrap full of pepper chicken. I was told it was plain chicken.
I don't eat pepper or salt. It was awful. I didn't eat it. I spoke to a manager; she didn't offer a refund.
Just a plain wrap with pieces of chicken covered in pepper. I was told it was a fillet.
I want my money back. I will add a photo.

I wasn't told when I ordered it would be small pieces of chicken full of pepper in a dry wrap. I brought it to the attention of the staff manager, who never offered a refund.
I didn't eat the food; it was awful.
No refund was offered, no 'sorry,' nothing. Just give me your email, and I will send a complaint for you.

Very poor feedback! Awful, poorly cooked.
Cold food. Slow service. Multiple meals on hotplate were waiting while staff chatted. Chicken was cooked, but the leg had no meat and the bone was black.
Inedible cold food. Cold chips. There's nothing more I can say. How do you expect me to write 100 symbols?
!!! Cold rice.

We went for a family *** your new doncaster branch..My sons girlfriend had previously worked there..From the second we walked in we were glared at and staff were whispering. Awful atmosphere.
My nephew worked there and said we could get discount. However the manager came out just as we were given it and said we couldn't have it as my sons girlfriend had been sacked and started discussing it in front of customers. I had offered to pay in full but once he started l said we would eatvelsewhere. He was awful infact his behaviour was inappropriate and bullying.
My sons girlfriend is so quiet and polite she was upset.
I later rung and asked for his name to report the incident . Chris Freeman..We have also been advised to look at taking the matter further as his behaviour was inappropriate.
My sons cousin worked there and said we could have discount.
From the second we walked through the door we were glared at. My son went to place our order and was just about to pay when the manager l believe called Chris Freeman came over and informed one of the staff we couldn't have discount as my sons girlfriend had been sacked.
My son called me over and l offered to pay for the meal in full. My son and his girlfriend were extremely upset by the behaviour of Chris on the front where customers were. I told them we would eat elsewhere and we left..We were glared at and whispered about from start to finish.
It was an awful atmosphere.
My sons girlfriend has since started a job elsewhere and up until this incident no longer working for you had not been a problem.
Your manager behaved in an unprofessional manner becoming of a child highly inappropriate for someone in his position Perhaps he would benefit from retraining and a course in customer service.
As a regular customer of Nandos Meadowhall you have now not only list yourselves one customer as no doubt you will be aware word of mouth is a great tool as is the media.
This is not about discount as l already mentioned l offered to pay in full.
It is about the young man's unprofessional bullying behaviour in front of other customers. Sadly l have no intention in eating with you at any of your restaurants in the future as l do not like bullying behaviour and currently considering whether to take the matter further
Maybe your customer service needs improving with certain individuals.

My daughter and I visited your store on Oxford Road, Manchester Chester Street. We were met with a warm, welcoming smile by a young lady named Abbie.
She did everything for us, from getting a spare plate. Her service made us very happy. We are pleased we chose this store. Abbie is an excellent staff member.
Please pass on my gratitude to this exceptional, fantastic colleague.
We will be returning. Thank you.

Hi, I have visited your Nandos store today in burton with my husband and we have spent £44 on two meals and a couple of sides. We have come away after having lunch here and weve come away both feeling dreadful.
This is the only meal we have eaten today, Ive got home and I have not stopped being violently sick. My husband is exactly the same and Im pretty sure weve have got food poisoning from this meal.
I have a raging on and off temperature, aswell as being sick, abdominal cramps and on the toilet for the last 2 hours. I am not one to complain but I dont expect to spent this amount of money on a meal to spend the rest of my day seriously ill.

This complaint is almost a month now and until now hasnt been resolve. The person I talk with yesterday was so boastful and even cut my call.
He said he will let me know the update on my e-mail yesterday but nothing has been done and I received no e-mail from you. I need this issue be resolved now.

I ordered a delivery, driver called to say he was lost. He got directions and I went back to work while waiting for my order.
10 minutes past and I checked the app for location update only to see it saying my order had been delivered but I did not have any handover with the driver so I don't know how this delivery happened. I tried to call back the number he called through and it wasn't going through. Called the nandos helpline and they were not helpful at all. At first they tried to call the driver and he didn't pick up and then they told me they will get the matter investigated which can take 24 hours, I asked if they could just try to get the food sent again and he said I can not get another order sent out of a refund until matter is investigated.
I am now out of pocket with no food.
To add insult to injury, I received an email telling me it won't be the 24 hours advised but up to 5 working days for a response from nandos. Shocking customer service

Workday problem
Registering on line details is a nightmare and ended up so frustrated that each time I was sent a code, left to get code, I was unable to get back in and had to start the whole process again. Then called and a lovely man helped me resolve all the issues and was super helpful. Thank you

Preferred solution: Just the rewards for recent visits while I couldn't get registered would be great. I spent Nearly £120 over three visits with work colleagues and did nt get my rewards. ☹️

Card issue
Need to change mail address on card tried the website but the website keeps on asking to enter mail address and as the mail on original card it does not let you and reverts back to enter mail address
