Question about non bagger canbus controller

Hello i am working on a 2013 heritage. I purchased your non bagger canbus controller.
I am not having any luck getting it to work. The bike is a project or rebuild. I am pretty sure i have it hooked up per included directions. I am not real familiar with the canbus system.
I have been learning as i go i was hopeful that one of your techs may be able to give me a hand with the details. Ivwork during the day but should be able to answer the phone. I take lunch at 11 30.
I tried to call yesterday left a messsge but did not get a return call. Please try to contact me tomorrow i am excited to get this bike running.

Misleading that not all Products are made in USA

Multiple friends have been told All products by NAMZ are USA items. They use items made in China a place my one friend did Not want anything from so instead of getting the truth we got fed BS about location of items. They use terminology as in we build them here so yes built in US but items to build the one part are bought from all over the world and in countries my friends asked specifically they not be from.
