Juicer worked once; now it will not turn on. I plugged it into an outlet that had electricity. The cord is plugged in, the juicer is in place, just will not turn on.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Incredible service without any stressI could not use my juicer in uk, so prompt replacement was sent.
However still holding the USA machine, which should be returned.
I have not received notification of returning. My advice is to specify what country the machine will be used.
My juicer came with an American plug instead uk. I tried a transformer and the juicer j2 global model started burning

Ordered wrong product and looking to upgrade, ordered j1 instead of j2

I misread information and ordered the wrong model (j1), Id like to return it and upgrade to a j2 but I m hoping this can be as seamless as possible. I have order number on hand it is #393336. I just received my order Monday so there shouldnt be any issues and Ill make sure its cleaned and sanitized and packed in original packaging.

- Hopper comes off only when pushed into lock.
- Nama J2 has many options and standout design.
- Clear instructions and videos; box matches.
The first time I used the product, I could not get the hopper off. But all I needed to do was push it further into the lock position first and then it came right off no problem when taking it off.
I dont see this as a defect or any reason for a bad review. Its just normal stuff that happens when youre figuring out a product for the first time. I should have kept fiddling with it before I called for help. Anyway, I cant say enough good about this product.
Once I decided to commit to juicing, I began to do my research. I have always been a fan of Breville products, but in this case,the Nama J2 had so many options and design features that just stood out as being better. And upon first use, my observations were right. They have really put together probably the best product and marketing Ive ever seen.
Not that Im a professional at marketing, but I am a professional
amateur :-). And between their videos and hardcopy instructions, I knew exactly what to do before I even received the box. And when I received the box/product, it was exactly as the videos showed. Right down to the pretty artwork :-).
I also love that there are no sharp parts. I also appreciate that I can take all the parts and wipe them or rinse them clean - no worries about not immersing electrical parts or cutting my fingers. Like the video shows, I could totally do this with my grandkids. In fact, I look forward to using it with them.
What a fun way to instill great healthy food choices while theyre young. And help them to learn to clean up after themselves without worrying about safety issues. I have not used that many juicers in my life, but what I do remember about the old ones is how much juice is left in the pulp. But not with this Nama J2 juicer.
It is dry and clumpy. And before I end, I need to say again how perfect their instructions were. The pictures that they used and the order that they put them in and how they described it was like having someone stand right next to you speaking to you, American to American, able to understand exactly what they were saying. They incorporated trouble shooting right in the how to descriptions.
I did not have to go to the back of the manual or video for a separate list of heres what to do if. They mustve had teachers helping them with this!
This money as well spent. I cant recommend this product enough if you are serious about juicing. I dont work for Nama and I have not been encouraged to gush on them.

Im a Midwest grandma and farming isour full-time occupation. Ive got five grandkids and counting and I intend to continue juicing so I can be healthy for them well into the future, Lord willing.

Something hard, was stuck in between the blade. As the blades went around the seeds is stuck and the blade broke. I need to know about replacement part, the tip of the blade is broken
