Unhappy with merchandise and how your company handled my request to deal with this situation.
Very flimsy, poor quality of merchandise. Was told go out and buy a can of black paint to paint areas that were left unpainted.
Refused to give me address to send back defective merchandise. Was told after the fact that all sales were final so I guess that your stuck with whatever they want to send you.
Im stuck with a 104.00 sign thats half painted. Dont recommend this company to anyone.

Resolved: Wrong item shipped
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Never received the item ordered nor a RMA for the wrong item sent but did finally receive a full refund
I ordered a 12x18 canvas for my wife Wendy) for our anniversary- they took forever to ship so I had to buy a different gift. When they did sent it to was 8x12 not 12x18 and had the names Jeffrey & Monica- not Jeffrey & Wendy as ordered

Resolved: I can not get a shipping date after almost a week after placing my orders
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Great Dane sweatshirt was ultimately delivered.
If I knew it would take almost 8 weeks to complete the order I would not have placed it.
In addition it was ordered as a medium, it had the label of a medium, but by any reasonable measure it was at a minimum an Extra Large, or maybe a 2X Large.So it was delivered, it looks like it should have looked, but it was not sized properly. I wonder if they just carried one size and put in whatever size was ordered.
No response from the automated customer service system.
I have a gift waiting for shipment and no idea as to when or if it will be delivered. No phone number is available either. I will call my credit card and cancel the order in 2 days if no response.

Terrible Customer Service
Can't track my order on their website, It says my e mail is invalid. It is not.
They have no working phone to talk to them. Two private e mails and two from the website over three days and no reply.
I smell a scam. I would avoid them

I think it's a bogus website
I ordered a hoodie on November 26th, here it is almost a month later and I can't get a reply on the status of my order!

Save your money
They take your money and you don't receive item and no responses from them on multiple emails amd have no number to call. Turning them in to bank and cyber team for fraud. Do not buy from them!
