- Delivery window was 9am–1pm but arrived at 6:25pm.
- Driver did not wait or contact us; customer service did not answer after an hour.
I was notified through a text message that my order would be delivered between 9am to 1pm today. But until 6.15pm the deliver guy did not come to my home.
We stepped out for dinner and there you go, they came at 6.25pm to my home.
By the time i called my neighbor to open the door, thedelivery guy left and did not even wait 2mins at the door, nor did they try to reach me on my number.
Very pathetic service and we are totally disappointed.
I tried calling customer service and waited for more than an hour and no answer. Greatly disappointed.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Non delivery & lost shippment
- 33-box San Antonio delivery was set Fri 10-2; no show or call.
- It was rescheduled for Tue 9-11; later an undeliverable email was received.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
A delivery of 33 boxes in the San Antonio area was scheduled for a Friday 10-2pm delivery. They never showed and did not call with the reason why they did not show up.
It was rescheduled by IKEA for the following Tuesday from 9-11 am. At 11:34 am I received an email of undeliverable pkgs. I called and was told that they knocked at my door and I did not answer. They also stated that they had called and I did not answer.
I and 2 of my children were home and the phone was with me as we waited outside where we could see the gate at the end of the driveway. No truck had driven by. The shipment was rescheduled for Friday. I verified the time with IKEA since I was unable to (was on hold for over 2 hours with NAL and the leave a message was full and not accepting messages).
30 Min after the order was late I called IKEA they had tracking saying it was out for delivery they gave me a tracking number.
I went to NAL site and chatted to find out that my shipment had not been loaded as IKEA had been notified, but instead was missing. They stated they would call and reschedule when they found it.
