Never received my order
I placed an order back on the first of January and its now another month and I have yet to receive my order. I absolutely cannot believe that this issue has not been resolved.
My card was charged immediately and I trusted your brand name store and decided to buy directly from your site when I could have ordered from another verifiable and trustworthy store. Please, make sure my order is sent to me immediately.

Haven't gotten my shoes or a confirmation number.
It's impossible to contact them, I've placed an order for 2 months now And I haven't even gotten as much as a confirmation number.

Poor service
Their service is the poorest of all online shopping that I have ever encountered.
I will tell all of my friends to avoid them
- No phone number for quick resolve
Preferred solution: The shoe is bigger than my leg, I immediately contacted them less than 2 mins upon delivery from DHL I had to pay over 150 dollars from import duties on a shoe of 240 dollars. Doesn't make any sense. Have sent them all required pictures
