Watch Out ~ Total Scam
We hired this company to market our site, they did nothing. We paid them $2,000 a month for 6 months. The last month I confronted them on their not doing what they said they would do, so they started working on it somewhat. But all I can say to you is knock on there door to see where they are located and meet them face to face, because I think they really don't exist. Also with 30 days of us canceling our contract with them someone tried accessing my checking account, hacked our site and shut us down for 2 days.

Awful job from Nail Studio @ Eastview Mall, Victor, NYS
I just got my nails done at Nail Studio by JC Pennys at Eastview Mall in Victor, NY; it was a complete waste of money. The woman who did my nails first wouldnt cut my big toenail as short as i like it, i wasnt asking her to do anything that is unreasonable, i just happen to like my nails cut really short. Then, when she was putting on my acryllic tips, and she put on a few of them crooked-- as in like obviously crooked-- then she filed most of them crooked, and didnt do any sort of manicure type thing, which one would assume comes with a $40+ "full set". to have her cut my cuticles, i got charged another $5, not much, but it adds up, and i just got my first paycheck ever, today, so money is tight. (i'm still in high school too, and my senior ball is fast approaching, so money is extra tight especially). when i asked her to paint the tips down to a certain legnth, a bit farther then they would normally do, she didnt do it evenly, all the nails are painted to a different legnth, and the "french" cost an extra $10 too, but she didnt even paint the entire tip of the nails at all-- let alone, the entire tip, to the right legnth! amazing that i would want my nails to be uniform. also, this place is known to harrass you about if you want a design or glitter, both of which cost more. this lady asked me about 10 times if i wanted a design or glitter, even after i told her i didnt. i'm so furious, that tomorrow i'm going back and complaining-- the mall was closing when i left-- and demanding they *** these nails -- so i can get them redone at the place i usually do, which was closed today-- and demanding they give me a full refund, because this is just awful. me and my mom have had problems with this specific woman before-- her name is Cass-- but this is just ridiculous, and i'm not letting this go. JSYK: my total bill was $77 + $15 tip-- my mom had to cover the last $8 and the tip, and she tipped 20% because she didnt yet know how furious i was. thats $77 for "french" tips, acryllics with a colored tip instead of white. and a pedicure. and the tips are awful!

You should have gone to the one by Macy's they are a lot better there and do a better job... I go there every two weeks to get my fill and when I first did my nails a French tip... didn't coast nearly $77 to have it done $50 for French tip big mistake go to the one u did
Awfulfreaking job
Got acrylics that suck!didn't take all Polish off I look like I have chicklets for nails. They didn't remove all Polish, they're uneven they left with glue all over my hands no cutical pushing or nipping no massage and top coat on only one hand.
I missed dinner with my family to do something for myself....the first thing I've done for me in months because i have kids and bills and strapped for cash. $50 for something I now get TO WASTE MORE TIME FIXING.

I have been a customer for close to ten years, and have sent my daughter, mother, sister in laws, and many friends to your salon as I was always welcomed and pleased with the service I recieved.Unfortunately while there I have observed service from a technician that was unprofessional. T o begin her clothing for work is inappropriate for the work place, and makes customers very uncomfortable.
It is better suited for Friday or Saturday nite out on the town!! She does not visit with the customers, tells them what she is going to do and then overcharges them for the services!! I purchased two gift certificates for family members that my family just used and they told me that the person who gave them pedicures for our vacation was very rude!! Again it is this same person.
The only reason I continue to go is because two of the technicians there are the only ones I will let work with me!!
I can no longer recommend your studio, as I am afraid that they will have to deal with Vivian!! The reputation of your studio is failing, and I am sad for you, as I know that the majority of your staff is very pleasant and work very hard to please their customers.

I just went there to get white tips. I was in the mall, because it was my mother's birthday.
Instead of going to the place I went to before, in Geneva. My nails from the nail studio are crooked, and she cut me. $40 is plenty, there was no way she was getting a tip.
And there is no way I am going there again. I will make a special trip to Geneva from now on.
i went back the next day and talked to the manager, and the price should have been $72, which is still way too much, but he took off all the nails completely and redid them free of charge, he didnt fix my toenail, but im just gonna do it myself, cause the first day they thought the nail polish was mine cause it was half empty so i took it =]
