Over charged on credit card
The company advertised their product for $35.95 per bottle on facebook. I ordered 3 bottles which would have been $107.85 but they charged me $179.75.
I immediately caught it because I looked at the credit card website and saw the amount of the charge. I immediately called the company back and spoke to a representative named Taylor and (he or she) don't remember which told me that they would refund me $71.90 which was the overcharge but they would have to wait until the next day. They didn't. Called back on 02/19/2020; 03/14/2020; was told each time the refund was being done.
It wasn't. Called back on 03/16/2020 and spoke to a sharp speaking lady who began to tell me that they didn't do stuff like that, that they would give me a 30% future curosity price break.
I told them I didn't want a future break that I wanted to pay what they advertised the product for and I wouldn't be a future customer. As of now nothing has happened, except that they have my money.

On 04/03/18 i ordered free bottle, just paid shipping.Did not know they would automacticly send another bottle ,if u did not cancel within,I think 30 days.So got email 05/02/18 saying a ordered was shipped,charging my bank acct $64.90 contacted them by telephone,told them to cancel order and when i receive it i would send package back unopened,so i would not have to pay return postage. The rep.
proceeded to tell me i had to pay return postage. I told her not if the package was not opened. Then she hung up on me. She tried to tell me the $64.90 on my bank acct.
was for the cost of the free bottle,and i said ,no way because the free bottle was placed on 04/03/18,and why would you just now charge me for it.She also said they would send me another bottle for the 64.90 charge. I said NO THANK YOU.
They gave me a 40% discount on the shipment due in June ,and already had withdrawn it from my acct. You talk about a RIPOFF, this is a big one.
Bate and Switch
Their website is bogus. They advertise buy one bottle for $59.95 plus shipping or two bottles at $39.95 plus one free bottle and no shipping.
There is NO $39.95 deal. They charge you for two bottles at 59.95. I had to cancel my order when I realized they were charging me for two bottles at 59.95. Customer service told me there must be something wrong with the website.When I read to him the exact wording he told me he could understand my frustration and offered me a 20% discount.
Bate and switch is against the law. I sent an email to the address provided by customer service.
Still waiting for a reply. Beware.
Never received my product!!
They charged my credit card once for $99.95 and three days later another $89.95. I went out of the country and forgot all about it.
Upon returning home WHAM. It was 60 days later and my sorry credit card company won't dispute it because it's to old!! Nail Renew don't have me in their system any longer plus I never got the first product!!
There was someone here every day!! They are ripping people off!!

Don't buy this product!! I sent for a trial.
A week later my cc was charged an additional 99.95! When I called the company to complain they said the trial period "ended" and that was the balance I owed. A few days later my cc was charged again this time for 89.95!!!! I called the company and they said I never cancelled so I was charged for another shipment??!!!!
I told them I contacted them via email and was told the only way the account could be canceled was to call directly! After arguing about the "trial" period I was told the "14 days" begins when the order is placed!!! I was finally told I would get a 100% refund, 89.95?? When asked about the original 99.95 I was again put on hold to "check off they could refund that portion.
When the operator finally came back on the line she told me they would credit both payments back to me.
The credits would take 5-10 days!!! It didn't take them 5-20 days to charge me over 180.00!!!!!!!!!!
Resolved: Terrible NailRenew customer service
I ordered the product NailRenew two weeks ago. They withdrew the money from my credit card immediately, and I never got nether the product nor the purchase confirmation email.
I spent many hours on the phone with the customer service, I sent four emails to support@***l-renew.com, but nothing has changed. I got the impression that they treat their customers as trash. I spoke to the so called 'manager' - her name was Arin, and she said she was not responsible for anything, and it was not her business to sent me the purchase confirmation email.
Hearing my frustration she just hang up on me. Please think twice before you order the product, and save your nerves

Horrible customer service!! How can a product for nail fungus only have a 14 day trial period?!
Like I'm actually going to see results in 14 days. That would have to be a miracle. Then 12 days after I ordered I get a charge for $99.95. When I called they told me it HAD been 14 days and it didn't matter what i said.
The man interrupted me everytime I tried to speak. It wasn't until I mentioned contacting my lawyer that I was put on hold the first time. Then I was offered a 30% refund. I argued and was placed on hold again.
Then I was offered a 50% refund. Hold again and finally was given the full refund he originally said I couldn't have. Then as I was trying to speak he started giving me my confirmation #. I had to ask for it again and when he finished he said "Have A Good Day" and hung up.
No " Is there anything else I can help you with?" Nothing! I have never had such a horrible experience with customer service in my life.

I also had a bad experience with this renewnail Corporation the first time I called I spoke to a lady that told me she could not find my account then I was asked my credit card number and I asked her why by then she became frustrated and told me I can call back at another time when I'm ready to give her the information that she needed and she had the nerve to hang up the phone on me very rude very unprofessional when the product was advertised they didn't say that this product cost $100 they said try it now $4 and $0.95 so I tried it then I didn't get all of the product I called back again and spoke to someone else I asked why I was charged 4.95? I was placed on hold over and over again please be careful when ordering these things a customer service is not so good. And the people of very rude I also asked her to cancel my account and she told me that I had already cancelled my account and I asked her how could that be because this was the first time that I was talking to her so she said she cancelled my account a very strict attention to your account these people are ripping you off warning warning warning

Omg DONT SEND FOR NAILRENEW trial I sent for it and they said I get s free gift all I had to pay was 4.95 each for shipping when Igot my cc I was not only charged 4.95 but they also through a 99.95 charge on my account which through my cc account over the limit I called and they said I only had a two week trial I'm reporting them to the fraud dept and Better buisness bureauwhat they are doing is wicked and againstthe law

Be wise and research. PEG 8 is currently known to be part of particular compounds that are linked to ingredients in make ups that cause breast cancer. This first ingredient seems to only be found in this product.

What a crock! Don't buy this product"nail renew" it's not worth the container it's stored in! DOES NOT WORK!
Nail Renew ?!? --- 16 months with NO results, terrible customer service
The product is advertised as treating nail fungus. The directions are to use it twice a day, which I did (sometimes 3 times a day). After 2 months, nothing at all was happening, so I called the company. Instead of honoring their refund policy, they just urged me to buy more and to keep using it. Unfortunately, I did, and 16 months later, I am no better off. NO improvement whatsoever, using it exactly as directed.
I called the company again and told them what was (not) happening. The woman I spoke to offered me a refund and sent me an email confirming our conversation, the amount, etc. The refund never came. When I called back again, they denied that anyone had issued me a refund, even though I was looking at the email that came from their company! They refused to honor it.
For what it's worth, in researching why this product didn't work for me, I read that nail treatment products (which, I believe, is what this is considered) can only improve the appearance of the nail --- they don't do anything to treat the fungus that is the causing the problem. I don't know whether that's true or not, but using Nail Renew faithfully, every day for 16 months, did absolutely nothing to help my nail fungus.

I’m so tired of the lack of responsibility on the consumers end. At what point are you just going to admit that YOU SCREWED UP??? You didn’t read, you signed a contract WITHOUT READING what you were agreeing to. YOU enter in your payment information and agree then as well as agreed when finalizing the order, yet THEY are somehow MAGICALLY the bad guys for doing what YOU TOLD THEM TO DO.
Please either STOP using your card on the web OR learn to take responsibility for the choices YOU MAKE!! They are NOT the scammer, YOU ARE!! You should be ashamed of yourself as you KNOW you were raised better then that. Had you taken even a few mins to READ you would see that they laid out the payments for you.
2 weeks after ordering and NOT CANCELLING you will be charged the rest of the amount in the offer.
Two weeks after that they start auto billing and auto shipping. You would have known this if you had used one of the most basic of skills.......READING!!!!
I was getting ready to "try" the NailRENEW product based on a comparison chart and testimonials from (apparent) customers. After reading this important information on your site that my cousin forwarded to me, I will definitely NOT order that product!!

I had exactly the same problem, except the phone number on the Visa charge does not work. I called the number on the website and was directed to another company that did not any record of me.
How did you contact the company to get these charges reversed?
they did me the same way. now the battle starts trying to get my money refunded on my cc.
when i called the company after a long drawed out conversation they said they could not find me in the system and rudely hung up on me. I would advise people not to order from this company what a rip off !!!!!!!
they said i wasnt in their system i said i must be in the system somewhere for you to charge my cc almost $200 in 2 days. A LESSON LEARNED.
