Inability to Connect my NAD C658 to a new home Wifi Network

I purchased the C-658 about 1 1/2 years ago and it easily connected to my Wifi network and worked without issues for the next year. About 2-3 months ago, we completely rewired our home and installed a new router and Wifi network with new credentials.

The C-658 will not connect to the new network. I have looked through the manual and everything I could find online, which states I just go to "Settings" and then "Network Settings" and connect it to the new network.

However, there is no such setting in the C-658 at this time. This seems like a pretty easy thing to have included in a $2000 plus piece of equipment.

However, it apparently was not done and you folks have provided consumers no way to resolve this. Pretty dang stupid, don't you think?

User's recommendation: Get to NAD customer service. John was patient, knowledgeable, and spent about 40 minutes with me and solved the problem while waiting for the NAD 658 to update the firmware and BLUOS.

The software update has removed the factory reset from the app. Only the hard reset from the until is available now.

With so much control of my new C658 run by the BluOS I expected a better startup process. I fumbled thru and got things to work but found it less than a stellar experience. Guessing and searching to make connections and upgrade was make YOU name your support PISSEDconsumer

M33 Sub out frequency

Have M33. Ready to add a subwoofer to the system.

In M33 manual it says 80hz for subout 1and 2.

Is it a fixed at 80hz? For the LFE subwoofer inlet?

I also find on bluOS the subwoofer frequency can be adjust 40 to 120 hz.

Which is the case?
