THIS IS MY 2ND ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I DONT APPRECIATE THEIR CHANGING MY SHIPPING ADDRESS FROM MY HOME TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS WHERE I MUST DRIVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER!
I PAID FOR SHIPPING TO MY HOME!
I DONT APPRECIATE A COMPANY THAT HIDES BEHIND A COMPUTER GENERATED HELP SITE THAT DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND HOW THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH THIS SET-UP! YOU CANT REACH A HUMAN BEING TO TALK TO!

I’ve been trying to resolve a problem with returns. My return will not register.
Im trying to get a return label. My return does not register.
Order # EP002522****.i cannot proceed with my return.
The return box does not work for one item.
I have tried to proceed with the for Kindly send me a return label for a refund as I have reordered the proper size. Thanks

I registered an item to return, but I didn't get a return label. It is now one week; I tried to contact customer service but received no response.
There is no phone number to call though, so I don't know what to do. I am so disappointed.

After my complaint , Na-kd wrote to say that my refund has been approved and I would receive my refund in 2-5 working days but it’s going on 3 weeks and no payment yet.
Clearly I would have sent the item out earlier if I did not need to wait for their return invoice. They made the arrangement for pick up with DHL and clearly knew the holiday season was a busy one, which also evident in the lag in their own delivery times. I purchased some items which ran too small for me. I re-ordered one of the items in my right size and immediately returned the wrong sized items.
Instead of a refund I receive a mail that I had been issued a gift card because my return came in a few days after late . NA-KD controls the entire return process and you can ship out items only after they send an email with your return invoice and this takes a couple of days. I live in the United States and I immediately had the items handed over to DHL as soon as they emailed the return invoices and gave an available date for DHL pick up. I refuse to have this company duplicate this expense for me cos I did buy this item again in my right size .
This is my first experience shopping with NA-KD and I wont be returning, ever.
Please return my $106 immediately to my account.
I have another return request pending which were all returned in the same day and I want to speak out before I get issued other cards which will have me end up with over a $300 in cards that I do not intend to use.
This is horrible customer service! I have included proof of purchase for all items including the ones still pending.

It's not their fault you thought you could fit your fat body in the size ordered. It is the holidays and orders get backed up. Maybe go on a diet and let the fat in your head dissolve so you can understand the situation you put yourself in.
