Purchased a University Jammer (C21) Size -XL.. color -Frosted Plum on Tuesday 23rd August, and received an email today 8/24 that the purchase was cancelled and money refunded due to incorrect payment method.
I made another purchase of the same and have t received an order confirmation. From my end I've purchased two of the same stuff but on is cancelled according to your email. Been trying to call and left voice messages as I need the stuff by Wednesday 8/31 at least. Please call me on 706-889-**** to clarify.

This brand has a terrible reputation. They don't even bother to give an explanation as to why they cancel orders. Should we take class action?
Similar experience. Ordered several items 2 out of 3 were correct. Emailed multiple time, left multiple VMs, no response.
