We can turn the bike on, can connect to wifi. Then wont work from their, wont update, cant use bike.

Missing heart rate monitor

No number is working and no one will answer. Customer service is awful.

I was given 3 different numbers and every single one didnt work. The website said the hours of business were between 6am and 4pm and it is currently 7:48am and it said please call back during normal business hours.

Absolute worst customer service

Complete *** three times on hold for 45 minutes with some *** recording saying we are unable to take your call. Well you took our money *** for the bike and then sold your workout content what?

Twice? Three times? You manage to charge our account for stuff we cant access unless we create another account.

Im trying to have one viable account. I think your CEO must one serious *** stick.

Preferred solution: Cancel old account that doesn’t work anymore, keep the new one to access workouts. Duh.

User's recommendation: The bike is good, better than those Peloton *** but don’t bother with their workout contract if they won’t answer phone or emails
