I am missing a power cord and a polar heart rate monitor! Delivery came, but I can't plug in the bike without the power cord.

My attempts to telephone the company were foiled by a recording stating that the call was not accepted. My attempt to create my own heart monitoring system is partially successful.
I bought an Apex Fit GPS smart watch on special discount from Canadian Tire $29 + tax. This shows my pulse rate and is synched to my cell phone so I can follow my heart rate while exercising on the bike.
I purchased a Myxfitness exercise bike from Princess Auto in Ottawa Ontario and wish to equip it with a cardiac monitor, powerpack and the cables to thepower pack and to the bike. (not supplied with the machine.) I expect that you may not be able to supply these items as they may no longer available.
If you can supply them please advise me the costs including shipping. If they are no longer available please advise me of the specifications so that I can seek alternatives.

We can turn the bike on, can connect to wifi. Then wont work from their, wont update, cant use bike.
Preferred solution: Just want it fixed so we can use it or a new one.

No resolution

Missing heart rate monitor
No number is working and no one will answer. Customer service is awful.
I was given 3 different numbers and every single one didnt work. The website said the hours of business were between 6am and 4pm and it is currently 7:48am and it said please call back during normal business hours.

Complete *** three times on hold for 45 minutes with some *** recording saying we are unable to take your call. Well you took our money *** for the bike and then sold your workout content what?
Twice? Three times? You manage to charge our account for stuff we cant access unless we create another account.
Im trying to have one viable account. I think your CEO must one serious *** stick.
