No email receive to reinstate, termination wrongfully
I did not recieve any email that I need to pay 40$ to continue my code to not get terminated. Someone can help me?
Its unfair to pay 150. I am been member since 2015. I just have trouble passing the license.

technical issues
having a problem with my agent ID. It will not go through after I have done this multiple times and the only thing I have been getting was zero results.
Website. Is not user friendly
I have an iul and am an agent who has spent hrs trying to update information i had thought including my liscence renewal and my address thought both neither have been i have spent hrs even called numberes even responded to an email with a step a support number that didnt have right information so ive tried to update but have not been successful
