The web page for returns does not work!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Constant badgering them to refund my card.
Can't get a refund for product returned and received by company three(3) weeks ago. The telephone numbers listed ring busy 24/7 or do not go through.

I ordered some here all from the company and did not receive it yet. I ordered is September 16 that I was wondering why havent I received my hair all yet since I havent received my first order a hair or I will no longer be ordering anymore. Thank you for the inconvenience and thank you for not delivering my product.
