Shady gas situation

Never seen such a shady situation before. I drive for Uber so frequently visit different gas stations.

I went to a Tom Thumb and at first I accidentally put in my wrong zip code so it declined. Then I tried to use debit at the pump and know the pin was right but it said see cashier. I go inside and it declines there also. I was using my personal Uber debit card we get as drivers and had just enough to get gas.

Well I check my account and see they put $30.93 (random number) on hold. Of course they tell me its an issue with my bank and the hold would drop off in three business days. So I get no gas and Im out my money for three days. I understand holds for banks but you usually get the product when the hold happens.

Never heard of such a shady situation.

To top it off, as Im sitting here writing this review still at the pump, the cashier comes out to my pump and messes around with it doing who knows what right in front of me and says nothing to me. Extremely shady and avoid this place despite having low gas prices.

I have never been so outraged... I made a mistake by going into this store, and will never give this business a cent of my money..

I will run out of gas and walk before giving this business a cent... When I should have been being served, a back person behind me ( a friend of the cashier) she served him first before serving me.. When I said something she said well your getting lotto so you have to wait..

I have never heard of such crap... It was tom thumb 223, I have my receipt and as I stated I will never return for such *** service..
