Sent wrong order and would not respond.

Does not reply to emails or telephone calls. Does not provide a mailing address for complaints. No response whatsoever. I ordered 12 boxes of a product and was charged for 12 boxes, plus shipping/tax. I received confirmation of 3 boxes. They did not inform me of cost adjustment. They foist off any complaints to the retailers that they connect with to order what you want. I had to deal with the retailer... returned the product, but did not get my shipping back for the 3 boxes. Mysupermarket.com has no contact with the buyer-I sent 3 emails. No customer service.
