Felt Misled and Unsupported

  • - The funds were kept as account credit without consent; no refund or service provided.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel its important to share my experience with MysticSense.

After a phone session, I was encouraged to book a video session, and a $65 hold was placed. I canceled the session in advance, and the service was never provided.

Despite this, MysticSense did not return the funds and instead converted them into account credit without my consent.

What was most concerning was how MysticSense handled the situation afterward. I made multiple attempts to resolve the issue, including asking to speak with a manager, but was unable to get meaningful assistance.

At one point, MysticSense stated that a refund would be issued after a dispute was closed. I followed all required steps and acted in good faith.

I was even provided written confirmation that a refund would be issued (see screenshot), but I never received the funds. However, after the dispute was closed, no refund was received, and MysticSense declined to return the funds.

The entire process felt confusing and discouraging, especially when my account activity did not seem to fully reflect what actually occurred.

This experience left me feeling that I could not rely on MysticSenses representations. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution.

Loss:
$65

Mysticsense - They have a broken website designed to defraud clients No customer service

The company is using intimidation and insults as a response. This will face a person in a black robe.

I got a nasty response from a Jerome. More like the company intimidator. Big mistake when they find out what I do for a living

Updated by user Jul 21, 2023

A Jerome who quite apparently has zero understanding of federal and state consumer laws sent me an email that is more what your grade school teacher would send your parents to scare you into behaving in class. I was angry but then found it so comical.

Conclusion This is a bully rogue organization with minus zero integrity and honesty. I am not taking this to every level of federal and state agencies. I refilled my oxygen tank. They are vultures preying on desperate people looking for predictions and timelines, but they are well aware and protecting their totally FAKE advisors.

I want their reader reviews audited. Please pray but DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANOTHER DOLLAR

Original review Jul 21, 2023
I have never encountered this sub par level of customer service in my life. Readers say how much they have emailed the company about the broken phone and website but no response , no change.

It does not matter how much proof their is the CSRs are trained like bots to argue and never find a reason to give refunds. I have witten proof of how fraudulent some of the readers are and they do nothing. They messaged me that I am uncooperative not sending them screenshots of their broken site that suddenly drops calls then goes to a blue screen ERROR 404 PAGE NOT FOUND. The robbery is when u are already in a reading by the rime you rid that error the reader is off line and you paid for an incomplete reading.

Readers have to reconnect to enrg all over again.WHY IS THIS NOT CONSIDERED FRAUD. THE FTC AND FCC NEEDS TO SHUT THIS SITE DOWN. They do not honor guarantees, and they need to be audited by the OAG in TX to see the level of refunds ever issued. My guess is less than one percent.

I won't say the readers are frauds. It is this company. I have told them I am an IT forensic specialist, but I don't work for them to be held responsible for sending screenshots of their website dysfunction. This is not a special science to see how blatantly broken it is.

I will take them to court since they are posting a satisfaction guarantee but will NOT ever honor it. Always places blame on clients. They do not allow to add funds to a call like all other sites so the call ends abruptly with no warning.

Then the attached is what pops up every time and needs to be closed and reconnected all over again hoping that the money already spent can produce some answers. DOES NOT HAPPEN

User's recommendation: DO NOT SPEND A PENNY WITH THEM.
