Mystik Media (Blaze Media Pro) False Advertising
Mystik Media, the makers of Blaze Media Pro (and other poorly written software) makes sensational feature claims on their website that are unsupported by their software. Namely, batch video processing (which doesn't work at all), video resize (which skews video and removes colors) and flash conversion (which skews video and removes colors). Attempts to remedy the situation by a request for refund have been met with a 'you bought it' attitude by Chris Hoffman of Mystik Media who refuses to issue a refund even though Mystik Media knows these features do not work, as admitted by Chris Hoffman. Buyer beware this misleading advertising and cavalier attitude towards customer complaint resolution. Their BBB records indicate they simply do not respond to complaints. Complaints have been filed with the BBB regardless, as well as with the FTC and IC3 for illegal advertising practices. DO NOT buy their software if you value your time and money.

I am also very disappointed by the performance of this "suite" that does not live up to its "Pro" designation. Even after installing the setup_blazemp4.exe filter pack (required, but not included in the main installer), the output is a joke.
I purchased Blaze Media Pro to rotate video (which it does, although without always retaining aspect ratio), and output to various video formats results in very ugly video. Audio conversion is also awful (converting from wav to wma produced extremely choppy audio, even on a computer with dual-core processors and more than adequate RAM, CPU speed, and bus speed.
The only positive thing I have to say is that my requests for assistance were always handled extremely quickly.
