Trying to speak to a live person about changing my dates to stay at the resort. Please call me 407 879 **** the location to the resort is Celebration Florida zip 34747 phone # 407 396 ****. Thanks they said they need confirmation from you all to change the dates.

Pissed owner

As an owner for the past ten years I regret ever allowing the voltures at mystic dune talking me into purchasing a unit. It is never available for use when you want to use it. The maintenance cost continue to go up every year. The unit needs a much needed upgrade, not very clean and the welcome center has no sense of courtesy for it's owners. The last time I visited in 2010 it took me 2hrs to check in an only after a raised a stink about the wait. The representative promised us a free meal and discount tickets to a near by show for the long wait. Still waiting for those items. Don't be late in making the the maintenace fee because they will harrass the *** out of you 24-7. I hate this place wish I could unload it.
