I got $20 worth of points and they never paid me for it! Then they claimed the site has shut down, but they still send me surveys? Jo never replies, and their call number is dead.

- - The account was blocked for 15 minutes and the forgot password option failed.
I cannot login into mySoapBox account and have been a member for years! I got a note from you saying that you blocked my account foor 15 minutes, and try and login using forgot my password.
This does not work either. Please help me.
