Dissatisified customer re neighborhood/neighbors

It's great moving into your new home. I've lived here for 4 years but have had issues with neighbors, dogs trespassing on my lawn, unleashed dogs, and a neighbor unwilling to remove a sprinkler from my property.

I just had a terrible issue with a homeowner cutting patio paver stone, with the majority of the patio paver cuttings spraying over my fence, my lanai, and lawn. I was screamed at to 'Get off her property' when I took a photo of the landscaping sign on her house.

There wasn't any offer to help clean the mess from their construction. It took me 6 hours to clean, and the homeowner decided to start a barbecue.

Preferred solution: Have HOA clean up common areas of debris. No offer to help.

Purchased a NEW FLOOR MODEL FABRIC SOFA FOR $2,000. DELIVERED MARCH 19, 2020, TO MY SECOND HOIME 1009 #105 WORLD TOUR BLIVD, MYRTLE BEACH SC.

LEFT FOR NEW JERSEY HOME MARCH 20,2020 BECAUSE OF COVID 19, DEMAND OF SOUTH CAROLINA GOVERNMENT MANDATE. THE BACKREST WAS BROKEN ON THE RIGHT SIDE RECLINER SEAT. I contacted Laz Boy Customer service in Monroe Michigan. As this is a second home, Covid restrictions limited our travel to South Carolina.

We were not able to return until March 2021. They sent a Tech and he verified that the backrest was broke, parts would be ordered and sent to Myrtle Beach Store. August 2021 the tech came with no parts. This was second trip.

My cost to drive to Myrtle Beach is $500 round trip plus 24 hours ro9und trip. I HAVE REQUESTED A NEW SOFA, CORPORATE SAID NO. THE STORE WAS AGREEABLE TO THIS. WE ARE NOW GOING ON A THIRD VISIT BY TECH, DATE TO BE DETERMINED (MARCH 25-APRIL 6TH?

2022). THEY WON'T EVEN REPLACE THE BACKREST BUT SUPPOSEDLY REPLACE THE FRAME. THIS IS NOT SATISFACTORY. I BOUGHT A NEW SOFA AND WANT A NEW SOFA.

THEY DO NOT INVENTORY IN THE STORE BUT SELL FLOOR MODELS/SAMPLES. PEOPLE CAN AND DO SIT IN EACH PRODUCT. MY OPINION IS SOMEONE SAT IN MY SOFA BREAKING THE BACKREST WHILE AT THE STORE.

OVERWEIGHT OR CARLESS PERSON. I WANT A NEW SOFA.

Ok so I got my fenders and my fender flares back this evening(only took them 7 hours to do 4 base coats and then 4 clear coats on these bad boys). And very surprising, they turned out amazing. They matched the factory color perfectly and I did not expect them to look like they came off the assembly line but they do. So all in all I got a perfect paint job for a very fair and reasonable price for 300 bucks plus tax. I'm happy and I will be back to get my rear fenders painted and to get my hard top painted. I didn't want to let them paint all that stuff at once because I wanted to see how there work turned out first and it turned out great. And by the way all the guys that I dealt with and talked to were very nice and professional. The main sales rep that got me hooked up was James and the other guy that took the picture of my paint color and that I also talked to was Robert. They acted professional and showed a lot of concern and could empathize with me as the customer since I needed them done same day. Oh and when my wife called to tell them that they needed to be done the same day I believe she spoke with a joe and he told her no problem, he would make sure that they were done and guess what...they were done in 7 hours..that's fast in my book.

Anyway great experience and perfect job well done.

I know some people who may read this think they paid me to say this but I swear I'm a real customer and have had no relation with Maaco or anyone that works for maaco. I just came across this page when I was looking over maaco reviews. And I was a little skeptical after reading some of these people's reviews but I knew that maaco does guarenteed work so even if they did mess something up I know that they would fix it if I asked politely. So for the people on here that did have a bad experience I'm sorry that that happened but just make sure your polite and respectful to whoever your dealing with and that person will treat you the same way. Treat others how you want to be treated and its all golden good news from there.

So for the record I'm a jeep enthusiast who just needed some fenders and fender flares painted so I took them to maaco here in myrtle beach and I got a wicked nice red rock crystal pearl paint job.

Well I was gonna post some pictures of the fenders and fender flares but it won't let me off my iPhone:/ so if you would like to see the finished product I'm sure you see my jeep riding around myrtle beach, can't miss it cause it the most badass one.

Can't seem to deliver newspaper

This newspaper has had a terrible delivery record for over ten years to this address, however recently it has gotten really bad.In the past four months newspaper has not been delivered 5 times. Since we only subscribe to 2 times per week (in reality only to get the TV guide, certainly not for a quality newspaper)this is pretty abysmal service.

Call the "automated" response line- nothing changes, no acknowledgement of the call OR late delivery. Wrote a letter to McClatchy Co. the newspaper's owner- the didn't even bother to answer.

Obviously this company doesn't give a hoot for it's customers from the top down.

They gave my room to someone else and gave me a small room

I reserved a room in Myrtle Beach S.C.for 777.00 for 3 nights that was supposed to have a balcony overlooking the beach. When we arrived after traveling for 8 hours we were given a small regular room and told that this room was what we ordered.

I would have never paid 259.00 a night for a regular room that didn't overlook the ocean and also didn't have a balcony but they didn't care The Manager was rude . and the staff were not very pleasant either Also our room was broken into and some medications were taken, we filed a police report.

I deserve a refund for not getting what I paid to get and for getting a regular room at VIP prices that was definitely not VIP I am very upset and will never stay at the Holiday Inn again unless they make it right with me. Also I'm spreading the word about getting ripped off of my money and medicines

You sound like a real pip! It's the Holiday Inn not the Ritz in Paris.

You were obviously cranky after your "eight hour" trip and decided that you were going to play high and mighty with a crummy little hotel. Get a life.
