The number on their website, 801-252-****, just constantly rings and hangs up after about 2 minutes. Frustrating.
User's recommendation: Make sure you actually want to place your order. Likely won't get mine cancelled and will have to pay to ship the items back to them. Very disappointing.

Need to send returns to Europe from the US?!
- - Vegan clear protein: 2 containers, 2 samples; tasted like rotted potatoes.
- - Refunds differ for food vs clothes; RA required; shipping not covered.
I ordered the vegan clear protein (2 containers and 2 samples). The first sample was delicious, so I took advantage of a 50% off sale before opening the container flavors--who can mess up peach lemonade?
Apparently My Protein can. It tasted like rotted potatoes and was horrible to finish. But I had another order on the way. Should be easy to return product that hadn't been opened, right?
WRONG. 1) You have to request a refund for food products differently than clothes--not intuitive. Then there's another form to get the RA. The company wanted me to pay for postage from the US to POLAND, and they do not cover return costs for "unwanted goods".
It will cost as much as my refund to ship the product!
Ridiculous company and I'll likely have to figure out how to doctor this nasty protein because I refuse to pay almost 80% of the refund price to ship it and not get the fee refunded. Never shopping with this company again.

Product availability and packaging sizes UK vs US
- - UK buyers cannot buy collagen.
- - US price is three times higher.
- - Strawberry and vanilla flavors unavailable.
- - 2.5 kg packaging is not offered.
I was buying my Collagen protein from the UK but now I cannot anymore.
US product is 3 times the price, you dont habe strawberry or vanilla and you dont offer 2.5 kg packaging. Not very Green of you and you are screwing US customers.
Why do you think people arent aware of this and your poor practices?
Let us buy from where we wsnt if you arent going to offer products in the US.

I ordered 3 pea protein bags for 20% off not even 24 hours later it’s 30% off . They wouldn’t help me talking to Daniel from my protein on chat.
His supervisor told me I’d have to return the item and rebuy but obviously I can’t since it hasn’t even been shipped yet . I would just like the difference back times are hard right now any little bit back helps. I’ve been a costumer for years never had an issue till now. Even 2 of the bags of protein I got in my last order were busted open and I didn’t say anything but I should have .
Pea protein was everywhere and these are expensive. If you can credit the difference I would greatly appreciate it.
