I have wasted so much time trying to sort this out. Their customer service team is slow to respond if at all. I have sent them pictures of some of the items in the parcel and still nothing
I emailed them several times as this package ended up being delivered to their offices by UPS on 5/10/21 with proof of delivery. Following a lengthy process where my parcel was bounced back from getting 90% of the way to its destination, and being held in UPS Stanford Le Hope for months.
I contacted them asking for my parcel back.
They told me they were in contact with UPS for an update, when I'd already sent them proof of delivery and screenshots of an online chat with UPS.
They then messaged me with the same details 12 days later! Now I'm being ignored, and they still have my parcel.
The phone number doesn't work and the staff on the chat on the website are unhelpful.
Not happy!

Placed an order for collection the following day which didn't happen so re-arranged for the day after. After lots of chasing it transpired that the order was never received by the courier.
They promised to rearrange for the next day and treat it as urgent. Guess what- more lies and obfuscation - do not trust them an inch

It has now been a week, with no communication and no collection. They have taken my payment for an express next day pallet.
It has still not been collected and now the recipient ( who I had booked a repair slot a long time in advance due to their busy schedule) has informed me I have lost my slot for the repairs to be carried out. The knock on effect from lack of communication from the company is a contributing factor to their downfall.

Over a week later and the couriers that I originally booked with my parcel delivery still havent turned up, theyve taken my money though, so at least theyre doing some of what I expect. Cant get through to them on the phone, its constantly busy.
When I started using them they were great, you could get the best prices and it took all the headache out of finding courier firms to use, recently the two main firms I used (parcel force and UPS) have been taken off ( or at least theyve not shown up in any of my quotes anyway)
I have money in an account balance that Id like back but guess I can kiss goodbye to that too as I cant get in touch with them. Just a really annoying company/situation

I have booked pickup and delivery service from the My Parcel Delivery website paid and got a confirmation email. The email did not have anything I needed to print and attach to the parcel, so I wrote by hand.
But the delivery man refused to pick it up because suppose to be a label sent within order with barcodes. We checked the email but there was nothing attached or written.

PARCEL DELIVERY *** COMPANY. They don' t care about the customer at all at all.
Phone number not working at all. Last time ever I am working with them .
IN the past they used to be ok but now their service is horrible. BIG NO NO NO

Non-delivery then charged to return
I paid £16 to have a parcel delivered to Germany.
The courier depot in Munich did not try to deliver the parcel and did not contact me or may customer - they had email and phone numbers for each party.
After sitting in their depot for 10 days they returned the parcel to myparceldelvery in UK
Myparceldelivery refuse to take responsibility and charged me to have the parcel returned to me.
When asked why the courier had failed to deliver they claimed the address was not valid - but i ca easily find in google maps and my customer has never had any issues with the address.
MPD are thoroughly obnoxious and ant-customer in their dealings
I will never use them again

3 day to collect only for them to then lose the *** thing !!
I booked a collection from my house through my parceldelivery.com for an ebay parcel with mixed goods in it, which was to be delivered within 3 days.
I had a day off (work for which I do not receive pay as I work for an agency) to wait in all day for the collection i had booked, which never happened.
I received a txt at 10 pm that night to say that they were sorry but the collection would take place the day after, I took another day off work without pay and again waited in vain all day for the collection which never turned upfor a second time.
the day after ( Saturday morning) the courier turned up without warning to collect my parcel.
about five days later I get 2 or 3 silly emails from myparceldelivery saying that they had lost my parcel and asking me to DESCRIBE the box and if it had any identifying features !!
I again got the same email 2 days later, all to no avail as a week later another email to say it was officially lost and I would need to make a claim !
Their customer services dept is about as effective as an ashtray on a motorbike !
their claims procedure has so many hurdles in the way I wrote it off as a lesson learned to steer clear of myparceldelivery.com in the future.
strongly advise against using this service.
My Parcel Delivery .com smell of fish!
Normally when you feel you've been ripped off by a company you're just left with a bad taste in your mouth, but there's something distinctly fishy about this bunch - in-fact, I'd say they stink!
MyParcelDelivery.com take extra money from you to insure the items you're couriering with them from loss or damage. That's all fine until you find as I did, that the item you've payed to insure isn't actually insurable by this company!
And if you think that's fishy, get a load of this. When you manage to find the list of items which this bunch of sharks won't accept a claim for, it's hard to think of an item you CAN send through them safely - not even fishing rods!!!

When I booked a parcel with My Parcel Delivery .com, they asked what the contents of the package was. I stated in the online form that it was a mirror. The website then asked me if I wanted to increase my insurance, so I increased it to £100 at a further cost to me on top of the delivery charge to protect the item in transit.
The mirror was smashed to pieces (despite being packed in a wooden crate) but when I tried to make a claim, I was sent a form with the restricted or prohibited items - and - lo and behold, mirrors were on it. At no time during booking did the website indicate that a mirror was a restricted item despite the fact that I stated that this is what I was sending on the site.
However, they were very happy to take more money for insurance to cover an item which wasn't insurable by this company. My Parcel Delivery say that it is not possible for them to verify the contents of a package on their website - this is simply not the truth because as a web designer I know that it is a very simple coding issue to recognise a key word like 'mirror' in a website and alert the consumer that a relevant item is a restricted item.
The truth is that they don't want you to know because they're suppressing information which could easily be adopted to inform consumers about the items on their site that they will not insure, despite taking money for that very purpose!
All this, and I've said nothing about the difficulty I (and judging by the review forums many, many others) have had contacting this company when something goes wrong. When you do eventually manage to contact someone, the response is pretty pathetic - I was promised a call from Customer Services within 24 hours. How many of you think I got one?
