Carefully review order contents and watch your bill. In Feb.
I ordered 4 cans of hairspray. Order and shipping email confirmations confirm this. However, I received only three. Luckily, the packing slip inside box stated 3 as well.
I contacted them via contact form on website and email a total of about 15 times before I had to dispute my credit card.
Customer Service acknowledged the discrepancy and stated on 3/2 a refund was issued for 1 can of $5.64.
About 3/9, nothing. I write, they assure me refunded. A week later, same. Another week...
same.
They finally just stopped responding so I was forced to dispute the charge for this amount having their email acknowledgement the bank is the one who returned my money.
I am just left with the feeling, this was intentional. Figure if one out of three don't look carefully or follow-up, great profit for them.

Preferred solution: Better Response For customer service support and taking action to keep customer updates to when your order will arrive ⁸ Upgrate your support system. Because you will lose customer confidence and money because people do not like being ignored.

You can't call them there voice mail box is always full you can't text them you never get an update when your delivery no service but they charge you even when you have zero merchandise. Sounds like a complete scam.
All you can do is call your credit card company and refuse to pay the charges. Be aware this company only wants to scam you and take your money.Up date I have just received my package shipment please keep in mind.
Let your customers know when your shipment is coming it will change everything from a zero point review to a 10.point review. It really makes a difference customer satisfaction is everything.

I ordered Mielle hair vitamins on Monday, April 18th from this website because they were out of stock on the manufacturers website and I cant find them locally. I didnt receive the product until yesterday, Friday May 6th.
I called about a week after and was told they were on back-order. Dont you think this is something to make the customer aware of on the website or by e-mail. The csr said you should get them by the end of the week and it still took another whole week to receive.
Never again. I will just wait until the manufacturer is back in stock for however long that is before I order from these people again.
