Resolved: Discrimination
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO BACK DOWN TO TO THEIR COERCION TO GET SUCKED INTO THE DIGITAL ID SCAM!
They wont change their views and are very stubborn! But in the end they will lose as not many will give up their private info to an unknown 3rd party who will sell there info.
To coerce people into getting photo ID to join your website is illegal and it's also discrimination! This level of security is not necessary for a simple survey site and it disadvantages the most vulnerable who survive on a few dollars a day!

Preferred solution: allow another means of verification for those without photo id

This US owned company claiming to be australian did pay me out BUT they also cancelled my account! At the end of the day who wants to be paid peanuts whilst the US oligarchs make billionsout of the most vulnerable! Their statistics are all up the *** LOL
they claim all i need to do is uplaod my licence and a selfie!THIS IS ILLEGAL INVASION OF PRIVACY!THST WHY BANKS NEVER AS FOR SUCH PERSONAL INFO!all they need to do is send a one time pin to my phone or emallike they used to do for years, so they know who i am!
