Resolved: Discrimination
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO BACK DOWN TO TO THEIR COERCION TO GET SUCKED INTO THE DIGITAL ID SCAM!
They wont change their views and are very stubborn! But in the end they will lose as not many will give up their private info to an unknown 3rd party who will sell there info.
To coerce people into getting photo ID to join your website is illegal and it's also discrimination! This level of security is not necessary for a simple survey site and it disadvantages the most vulnerable who survive on a few dollars a day!

Preferred solution: allow another means of verification for those without photo id

they claim all i need to do is uplaod my licence and a selfie!THIS IS ILLEGAL INVASION OF PRIVACY!THST WHY BANKS NEVER AS FOR SUCH PERSONAL INFO!all they need to do is send a one time pin to my phone or emallike they used to do for years, so they know who i am!

Privacy invasion!
Hi, I am a long-term loyal member and can't sign in anymore unless I have a camera, which I don't have on my phone or laptop. Please allow me to sign in another way, as you know by my history, I am not a scammer. I've been a loyal member for years with the same email address.

Preferred solution: I want to be able to redeem over $300 worth of credit but cant log in without a photo and passport which is over the top! Banks don't have such a high level of security.
User's recommendation: ask why they need photo ID. They aren't a bank!
