I've been trying to recover my account I have money on my card but can't access that account I thought I had cancelled that account and started to use another email address but it wouldn't let me in b
I can't access my old account. They kick me out when I try to log in.
I've changed my phone and email address. I thought I had canceled, but that's not the problem. I only need to recover my old account and add my new phone number or vice versa.

I'm Not a Pissed Off Customer either. I just don't know how I win 400.00 dollars & then it's not applied to my account causing me to be overdrawn in my account. My bank blocked my card for further use
You refunded me some items but my bank won't credit my account unless it's a full refund so now I've seriously lost my money. I've tried numerous times to see if you would just send my full order.
Can you please do this?
