Cancel my subscription but evidently it didn't go through even though it told me it had wondering if there's any way to go ahead and cancel it now and get a refund

Unable to log food in pounds or grams
Unable to change password. No code was sent through my email as indicated for cahnge of password. Weight measurment do not show pounds or grams only portions
