New phone, didn't transfer my...
My Net Diary was not at fault. I purchased a new phone and my membership in MyNetDiary didn't transfer to my phone.
I was unable to retrieve my paid membership. I reinstalled the app.

Not satisfied
- - Calorie estimates from pictures were off and required manual fixes.
- - Cancellation denied; refund denied; login deleted; paid for a year with no access.

I purchased the app based on its promise to estimate calories based on pictures provided. In reality, the estimates were way off, and I found myself manually adjusting everything.
As an example, I had 3 short pretzels next to a fork for visual comparison as suggested, but it was accounted as 3 full-size pretzels: 300 calories vs. 10.
I canceled the app but was denied the refund, and my login was deleted. I paid for a one-year subscription for the site that does not deliver as promised and to which I no longer have access.

Make it absolutely easy for subscribers to CANCEL!!! I have wasted so much time trying to Cancel & I'm still trying to Cancel!

Cannot register with my new phone
I need help with the Application. I have a new iPhone and I still have the app, but it will not scan for me. It always ask me to register the app and I have been trying, but its not working.

The app just freezes up, won't let me input anything. It was working fine at first until I purchased premium.
I couldn't change my activity level, so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled the app, and now it doesn't work at all. So I need somebody, a physical human being, to call me back at 314-478-****.
I'm not tech-savvy and don't have time to email back and forth. It would be nice just to talk to a human being to get this situation figured out.

Unable to change password. No code was sent through my email as indicated for cahnge of password. Weight measurment do not show pounds or grams only portions
