Overcharged money for a subscription

- Five months of $8 monthly charges since Sep 2025, plus a $3 Tribe subscription, please stop charges and contact me.
First of all, your customer service contact page is not working and display only a blank white page with no information, so I have had to resort to using this service to contact you.
I just saw that for the last 5 months (Since September 2025), I have been charged $8 for no reason at all.
I have one subscription that I just cancelled,and it was $3 per month for a Tribe subscription to "WitchsongMiniatures's Tribe (Gold)".
But starting in September, I have been charged an additional $8 for something unknown. There is nothing else in my subscription list, but PayPal clearly shows two charges coming in each month for $3 and $8. All charges are on the first of every month, except the very first $8 charge was on 6 September 2025, 10:45 PM (then on the first of ever month).
The charges are going to my PayPal account "bricechurch@***.com".
I want all charges to cease immediately!
