Unable to link nectar card

I have tried dozens of times to link my nectar card ending 571******** to my mail. Everytime I get an unrecognised details error. I have changed my password several times but that doesn't help. I am able to log into my nectar account independently with no problem whatsoever. There is obviously a faulty link between my mail and nectar. This is infuriating. Please help. Tony Morcom 07762 84****
