I ordered the Teddy Dog Lucky. What I received is en extremely poor quality stuffed dog. Totally unacceptable.

We were also duped as others ordering an interactive robotic dog for $29.95 what we got was a small soft dog that could have been purchased any dollar store. Of course the company won't respond, phone number out of order, TOTAL SCAMMERS!

- - Ad advertised a lifelike robotic dog with a flexible inner skeleton and sensors.
- - The received item was plush with no movement, and refund was refused.
I had to file a claim through PayPal to get my money back, otherwise they'd still be heckling me with BS coupons and tiny percent refunds (5% partials) instead of owning up to the FULL refund I deserved..
I saw an ad on Instagram for a realistic robotic dog that was shown frolicking and interacting with a person just like a real dog would. It was described as having a flexible inner skeleton which allowed for greater movement, and sensors that react to the user.
The dog I received was nothing more than a regular soft plush toy with NO MOVEMENT at all!
Worst yet, they REFUSE to take the item back after advertising full money-back guarantee. And try to offer a coupon for you next purchase instead of a refund.

wrong item was shipped, I ordered GALAXY360PRO PROJECTOR ×1 and got a peace of grap that is battery operated and you can fined at the dollar store.

Same experience happened to me.
Same thing also happened to me. No Refund was received and they say if you send it back there is no guarantee that they will ever get it. Website says made and shipped from US but was told in an email that it needs to go back to China for the return but they will not give you an address to send back.
