AI Highlights
  • - I paid for leads that didn’t work.
  • - The first lead couldn't afford my price.
  • - The second lead did not speak English; rep changes caused delays.

I was contacted by one local agent. I wasn't that comfortable with paying for leads; they never seem to work out.

My representative set up an account for me two months ago. I received calls immediately; the first customer couldn't afford my prices after driving an hour out. The second customer didn't speak English. For the third customer, I completed the work.

And the last customer wanted the world to stop until he received his services. After a long back and forth, I declined the work. I contacted my rep to have those leads put back on my board. She informed me to give it a couple of days.

A week passed, and I called to inquire about the status. I was informed she no longer worked there, so I was given to another rep, and she could tell me that someone would contact me. Another week went past. I then called her; she said the same thing.

I have been calling for a month and a half, and I am still no closer to getting an understanding. I constantly get hung up on.

When I request a manager, there is never one available. Poor customer service skills.

Poor quality leads never ending rise in price per lead.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Prices for 10 leads rose to 1,600.
  • - Lead definitions are changed beyond the agreed service, and reviews take 15 business days with no direct contact.

Company continues to increase price per lead. Every batch of 10 leads.

$1100 for 10

$1150 for 10

$1200 for 10

$1250 for 10

$1300 for 10

$1350 for 10

$1450 for 10

So on so on

This last batch was $1,600.00 for 10 leads.

Don't trust these folks.

Bait and switch tactics.

No matter what they agree too initially they change what is considered a lead within your companies realm of service even when your page plainly states that you don't do that for a service.

They can state that another company does that service so you have to do that service and be billed for leads.

The company no longer has a 1-3 business day review policy for improper leads.

They now have a 15 business day review policy. That involves no one directly talking to our company about the issue.

User's recommendation: Stay away from this company.

*** calls and billing

AI Highlights
  • - The advice came from a contractor via Facebook.
  • - The calls were mostly fake, spam, or had hang-ups, and the deposit was used.

Unfortunately, I took this advice from another contractor off of Facebook. They did get me some calls, but the amount of fake calls and hang-ups quickly used up the deposit.

I had some spam calls and hang-ups, and when I called those numbers back, there were no return calls.

To me, this is like a dating app promising leads, and you get bots, hang-ups, and confused leads. Avoid.
