We were given a right to sue letter from the EEOC and had 90 days to pursue the legal route or our right to sue would be over. We sought out the help of Mr.

Breiner who agreed to look over our documents/case. Mr. Breiner had the documents for approximately 85 days (he would have had it more days but we had to express mail him the documents overnight). At day 89 we received word that he would not take the case.

This left us with no options. We lost the right to sue. We shared our concern that he left us no option and asked if he would at least file on our behalf to hold the right to sue over until we could find another attorney. He refused.

His integrity as an attorney had been the reason we had chosen him.

He has no integrity if he could do this to anyone. I would highly caution anyone from using him.

I used Myles Breiner about 6 years ago to defend me in a criminal case, and to make a long story short; I was just released from prison. From the beginning, before I paid him; he told me that the most time I'd do was one year, and this was approximately six years ago, and like I said, "I was just released -- not even 3 months ago." Not only did he lie to me and my family about the amount of time I would probably be sentenced to, but he lied about other detrimental factors, and he has a terrible bedside manner.

Please, think twice before hiring Myles. He will promise you the stars to get you to pay his high prices, but I assure you he will not perform.

He's arrogant, rude, and I could go on and on. Myles Breiner is not a smart choice to make when choosing a criminal defense attorney.

3.5 years later with 2.5 to go my husband sits in prison after using Myles. He just didn't care.

He did absolutely nothing for us -- I could have done a better job. Please don't hire Myles!

Myles Breiner defended a good friend who was falsely accused by a young girl of having made some sexual advances (fondling). He did a great job in preparing the case, preparing the witnesses, and pointing out that the stories that were so-called allegations, were indeed stories fabricated by someone who had ulterior motives.

The girl's stories changed repeatedly as well as those of her foster mother. There was no truthful continuity, and Myles pointed this out to the judge. Myles asked the court for dismissal with prejudice. The prosecution tried to get the case dismissed without prejudice, so they could somehow get their witnesses to collaborate their mixed-up stories, but the judge flatly refused. He threw it out of court; dismissed it with prejudice so that it can never be brought back to court.

Myles Breiner was a strong support to the man as well as to his wife and child throughout the two year ordeal; he maintained connection with them, and encouraged them in their darkest times. We all highly recommend Mr. Breiner's dealings with his clients, and his integrity and tenacity are quite commendable.

I hired Myles Breiner to defend me in a criminal case, he was paid 80K, for his services. He gave me a series of platitudes which I found out later, that he uses on everyone to create the appearance he's working for you.

He was advised by lawyer Robert Hearn to investigate a certain defense, he never did. He was told by a private investigator to obtain a subpoena for certain documents-he never did! He never looked at the forensic disc which had evidence that was crucial....he never looked at it. Finally he receive knowledge from US Department of Justice, that the prosecutor was engaged in misconduct.

He never requested a hearing and he knew the prosecutor was lying. He didn't want to throw his friend under the bus and sacrificed his client.

Myles Breiner is not worth the money, don't use him,,,,use reggie minn or john edmunds or another lawyer. DON'T USE BREINER, YOU WILL CERTAINLY LOSE YOUR CASE
