I am at the race track and my transponder needs to be activated. I paid for the renewal but have no computer to activate it

They suck!!
Tried to get my transponder renewed gmfor my subscription can't get into their system because the email or password doesn't work they say call their office at 4 say they aren't open cost me 25 bucks to rent a transponder for the night at my home track

Trying to get my transponder registered
Haven't tried again will try tomorrow after work not hoping for the best results if not I'll have to buy a new one and start over

Called to try and get transponder situation resolved said they close at 5 it was 4 in the afternoon need to get transponder renewed can't get it done
