- - Registration and charging are random with inconsistent status.
- - Customer support is poor; routing is unreliable and USA calls require business hours.
Registration and charging of a transponder is totally random. No consistency.
Repeatedly says 'Registered' and then reverts to unregistered status -- and will not charge. Customer support is a joke. The website says to call one of the regional numbers, and if they are closed, you will be automatically routed to an 'open' office. Total BS.
Try it. Call the USA office. Told to call back during regular business hours! No automatic referral.
I do not understand why the sponsoring organization puts up with this *** product. Obviously, there is no quality control. Just look at their help area: a dozen different possibilities, but no consistency.
Sometimes this, but not always; sometimes that, but maybe not; if this, then try that, but if that doesn't work, then try this and something else. Totally random.

Tried to get my transponder renewed gmfor my subscription can't get into their system because the email or password doesn't work they say call their office at 4 say they aren't open cost me 25 bucks to rent a transponder for the night at my home track
