Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Hi - Shortly after posting this review, they decided to refund me for the service they never provided.
It was pulling teeth and took more of my time than the $89 was worth, but they did finally do the right thing. I will still not be purchasing from them again!.
They promise 3-5 days for results and the test has been at the lab for over 3 weeks. Their confusing 'ticket' system never gets me the responses I want, which is a refund of my order as they have not provided the promised results. They said the lab is having an issue and asked if I would like to retest.
It would have been nice if they had told me this two weeks ago! If they don't issue the refund this week, I will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
