Myhuckleberry

I was advised by a Real Estate Agent that a website (Myhuckleberry.com) was posting free ads for services performed by local companies in my area (Laguna Beach, California) he thought that others would like to know about the unique services that my company offered. After spending 30 minutes inputting my personal and companies information they asked me if I wanted to upgrade rmy ad to a paid one because it would stand out more then my competition. Being that I was not familiar with this website and did not know the amount of traffic it had on a daily basis I declined. The website then said to complete my transaction and have my companies information go live on their website I would need to provide a credit card number in case I was to upgrade my account in the future ......I was guaranteed it would not be charged.Well as the old saying goes if it sounds to good to be true it usually is......to make a long story short they lied and my credit card was billed $9.99......That was just the beginning of my troubles. I have sent them over 25 e-mails and they all came back undeliverable to a person named Samuel at Myhuckleberry. Finally I was contacted by another representative by the name of Eric.....he apologized for their mistakes and that they would refund my money. As of today a month later that has yet to happen and even worse he has not returned one e-mail that I have sent to him.This company lists no contact telephone number or even a mailing address on their website and I have Google's their name and found no information on the company and have even called the better business bureau and they have had complaints but can not locate them either ....I am writing this report so that the next company does not make the *** mistake that I have....any company that does not list a contact phone number or address must have a motive for doing so....watch out for Myhuckleberry.com and by all means. DO NOT give them your credit card information.
