Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
I paid for a one-year subscription for "My House Deals" membership for their real estate leads services. However, once my expired they performed an Unauthorized Credit Card Charge for their monthly of $14.00. I did not authorize this charge to my credit card, and they should have not retained my credit card information in the system for future reference, which I did not give them okay to do! I read their "Termination of Refund", which did not mention they or I had agreed to any "Unauthorized Credit Card Charge(s)" once my one-year membership expired. I have listed a concise version of their terms for a refund.

“If Subscriber terminates its rights to receive Services hereunder in the manner prescribed above, Subscriber will be billed through the end of the billing cycle in which such rights are terminated and no refund will be issued. “
Be advised "My House Deals" is not be trusted! They refused to refund my $14.00 via my credit card.
