Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. told them if get in touch with trading standards
On 31/12/2024.they shut down without any warning.to valued customers like myself.the readers.no reason was actually given at all.I got money back from them but all they are saying is they are rescheduling and don't know the timeline.this is atrocious behaviour and I feel sorry for the readers they have family and in some cases the only income they have.especially if they are overseas.
